Echo Clone operates this application. By using it, you agree to this policy.

Account and Data Deletion: You can delete your Echo Clone account and associated app data directly inside the app by opening Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing ahdoshi.1108@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

1. Information We Collect

Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in with Google or email/password.
Voice recordings, cloned voice samples, generated audio, project data, and related metadata needed to provide the app’s features.
Text inputs you submit for speech generation and related usage information such as timestamps and selected voices.

2. How We Use Data

Provide core app functionality including text-to-speech, voice cloning, projects, and generation history.
Process AI voice generation and related voice services through our infrastructure and service providers.
Maintain your token balance, project organization, and saved content.
Improve reliability, usability, and security of the app.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored using cloud services such as Firebase and related infrastructure providers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Google Sign-In, Firebase, and AI/voice processing services to operate Echo Clone. These providers may process data only as needed to deliver the requested functionality.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Shared only for core functionality or legal reasons.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may delete your account and associated app data at any time from inside the app at Settings > Delete Account.

When you delete your account from the app, we attempt to remove your account record, voice records, project records, generation history, and related stored audio files tied to your app account.
If account deletion cannot be completed automatically because the service requires a recent sign-in, you may be asked to sign in again before retrying deletion.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing ahdoshi.1108@gmail.com.
Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery for a limited period.

7. User Control

You can manage your account inside the app, including signing out, deleting your account, and deciding what text and audio content to create or store.

8. AI-Generated Audio

Echo Clone allows users to generate and clone AI voices. Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to use any voice recordings they upload and for using generated content lawfully and responsibly.

9. Children's Privacy

Not intended for users under 13.
